started at the age of Eleven delivering meat on his butchers bike for the Co-op in Ilfracombe. Now with two of their three sons working in the business, Ivan and his wife June can see a good future for a local supplier; their main priority being to always produce a top quality product, choosing to serve only the best available.
In February 2007 Ivan Clarke Butchers moved into new premises in Ilfracombe on the borders of Exmoor.This move has enabled

The new premises holds an EC Cutting Plant License. 
You will see this
mark on all meat that is butchered on the premises.
The EC stamp of
approval is issued by the Food Standards Agency and we are proud to hold one of
only a few in Devon. |
