If you prefer we can supply the pig Cooked for your event ready for you to carve.
We do give full carving instructions and advice to assist you in providing the perfect Hog Roast.

The pig supplied should produce,
Plated 100 to 150 servings.
Baps or rolls 150 to 200 servings.
